Botanic Gardens - 3 Bed Second Floor Apartment


Botanic Gardens is a well-run complex of 153 apartments with plenty of social facilities which are popular with owners and holidaymakers during the summer.   It is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Dalaman.


The site includes a large communal pool, children’s pool, bar and restaurant.  In the summer there is a site mini bus running to the town and local beaches and the Friday night BBQ’s are legendary!  The complex is ideally placed for easy access to many of the tourist towns along this stretch of the coast, inc Dalyan, Marmaris, Göcek, Fethiye, Olu Deniz and beyond.

Level 1 (second floor) Steel entry door opens to a small vestibule with full-height fitted cupboards leading to the lounge.

The lounge (20m2) is furnished with a 3 seat and a 2 seat sofa, flat-screen TV and TV unit, rug and coffee table. To the front of the lounge sliding patio doors open to a spacious covered terrace (16m2) overlooking the gardens.  The terrace furniture includes a large fitted sideboard, long dining table and 6 chairs.

An archway from the lounge leads into the separate kitchen (6.1m2) with light wood laminate units, tiled splash-backs and marble counter-tops and comes complete with white goods. Off the terrace, to the right, sliding patio doors lead into a spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and drawers, double bed with bedside units and access to a spacious storage area. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, pedestal washbasin and WC.

Next to the bedroom is a small kitchen with pale laminate wall and floor cupboards and fitted with a marble counter-top and inset stainless steel sink. There is room to install a small fridge and microwave oven.

Curtains and light fittings throughout the apartment are included.
