Botanic Gardens - 3 Bed Second Floor Apartment

Botanic Gardens is a well-run complex of 153 apartments with plenty of social facilities which are popular with owners and holidaymakers during the summer.   It is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Dalaman. 

The site includes a large communal pool, children’s pool, bar and restaurant.  In the summer there is a site mini bus running to the town and local beaches and the Friday night BBQ’s are legendary!  The complex is ideally placed for easy access to many of the tourist towns along this stretch of the coast, inc Dalyan, Marmaris, Göcek, Fethiye, Olu Deniz and beyond.

 To the front of the lounge there are sliding patio doors opening to a spacious covered terrace with dining furniture (16m2) overlooking the pool and gardens.  

 An archway from the lounge leads into the separate kitchen (6.1m2) with white laminate units, tiled splash-backs and grey marble counter-tops.  It comes complete white goods, including an oven and separate hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a selection of pans, crockery & cutlery.

Steel entry door leads to a large tiled roof terrace which has been part enclosed to create a conservatory in front of bedroom three which  includes a sofa, flat-screen TV, TV unit and sunbeds for use on the open part of the terrace.  Off the conservatory is a small kitchen with white wall and base units, marble work top with stainless steel inset sink and under-counter fridge.

The bedroom includes a pale laminate warbrobe, and bedside units.  The en-suite shower room includes a shower cabin, wall hung washbasin and WC.

This imaginative use of the accommodation on the upper level has created a totally independent unit, useful for family or friends who like to have space of their own.
